Nous sommes allés à Cangas parce que je suis cœliaque et qu'elle est annoncée comme une ville sans gluten. Nous sommes allés au Café Madrid parce que nous voulions essayer le cachopo, qui est célèbre là-bas. Nous avons également commandé des rouleaux de cecina, qui étaient bons, bien que légèrement froids. Dans l'ensemble, la nourriture était bonne et le service était rapide et attentif. En ce qui concerne le gluten, je commencerai par dire qu'ils vous servent deux tranches légèrement tièdes de pain Schär. En tant que cœliaque, je ne suis pas particulièrement exigeant, mais étant donné que nous étions dans cette ville célèbre, ils auraient pu faire un petit effort de plus. En ce qui concerne les options sans gluten, ils n'ont pas de menu spécial ; vous devez simplement demander au serveur s'ils peuvent adapter quelque chose pour vous. Quant à la contamination croisée, eh bien, vous devez simplement leur faire confiance. Je ne suis pas tombé malade, ce qui est déjà quelque chose. D'un autre côté, concernant la ville en général, bien qu'il soit vrai qu'il y a pas mal de restaurants avec des options sans gluten, et au moins quand vous mentionnez votre état, ils ne semblent pas alarmés et comprennent de quoi vous parlez, cela ne m'a pas semblé être une véritable ville sans gluten. Il n'y a pas de restaurants 100 % sans gluten où vous n'avez pas à vous soucier de quoi que ce soit ; au lieu de cela, tous les restaurants offrent des options sans gluten aux côtés de celles contenant du gluten, et vous devez juste espérer qu'ils suivent les protocoles. Il n'y a pas de boulangeries dans la ville qui fabriquent des produits sans gluten, ni de boutiques spécialisées. En tant que personne de Valladolid, je dirais que c'est aussi bien que Cangas, mais moins promu. En conclusion, la situation sans gluten de la ville est un mélange de choses.

Probamos el tomate, with a sabor spectacular, a tomato de verdad; el cachopo, increíble, suave y tierno; y de postre a flan de queso sencillamente delicioso. Tienen the prize at the best cachopo de España and a diploma at the best pincho, and this is nota el level. Son muy cuidadosos with the food sin gluten and cualquier allergia, and prestan una atención special a evitar la contaminación cruzada, algo que valoro mucho porque soy muy sensitive además de celíaca. Including the pan with gluten from Schär, tostado with mantequilla, está riquísimo. The trato is insuperable: cercanos, atentos y amables, de los que hacen te sientas como en casa. Llenos de details, todo de verdad de calidad. We had the tomato, which actually tastes like real tomato; the cachopo, tender and perfectly cooked; and for dessert, an amazing cheesecake flan. They’ve won the award for the best cachopo in Spain and a diploma for the best pincho, and you can really tell why. They are extremely careful with gluten-free food and all types of allergies, paying special attention to avoiding cross-contamination —something I value deeply, as I’m very sensitive and celiac myself. Even the Schär gluten-free bread, toasted with butter, tastes delicious. The service is exceptional —kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making you feel at home.
