Ich habe bei Uber Eats den doppelt frittieren Hühnchenburger bestellt. Es war so lecker. Die Soßen mit den Pommes und im Burger waren ebenfalls fantastisch. Das ist der beste glutenfreie Burger, den ich in Madrid hatte. Danke!

Fantastisches Essen! Ich hatte den scharfen Hähnchenburger (Chicken Candela) und alles war einfach perfekt gekocht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn ich kein Spanisch sprach. Sie hatten sogar meinen Hut wiedergefunden, den ich dort beim Verlassen vergessen hatte 🙏✨

Great burgers but really bad service. I live on Serrano Street and come here often but every single time I come, the servers are rude and in a bad mood and are reminded why I shouldn’t come here. Today I was told particularly that I could not sit in the table for two at one side of the restaurant because they want people to sit grouped together. What?! We were made to be seated by the door by the cold air just because the server didn’t want 5 steps more to bring out food. She literally told me it was easier to bring the food out….. there were only 2 other people at the restaurant.. The only people who sit at the elevated part of the restaurant are the employees who more than once I have seen eating there. The girl with the black hair and the tattoos on one arm gave us such an unfortunate experience. Customers should be treated politely particularly the ones who live in the neighborhood. Let customers sit wherever they want considering the place that allows seating is extremely small and please… tables right outside the restrooms? That’s disgusting. I was once seated right outside the restroom and I could hear the person inside urinating. I don’t know who manages this place but please align this more like the other Goikos I have been to who have amazing people working. I have worked in the food service industry and behaving like the servers at this Goiko would have gotten me fired right away. Focus on better service and let people seat where they want please.

Unser letztes Essen in Madrid war nicht typisch spanisch. Es war hier bei Goiko, und ich kann euch sagen, es war eines der besten Mahlzeiten, die ich je hatte. Ich bestellte den Kevin Bacon, der Bacon-Stücke, knusprige Zwiebeln und amerikanischen Käse hatte. Das war großartig, der einzige Nachteil dieses Burgers war, dass er ein bisschen salzig war. Ich bekam die normalen Pommes, während mein Freund die Kartoffelspalten bekam, wir waren uns beide einig, dass die normalen Pommes viel besser waren. Er bekam auch die La Kiki, die ihm gefiel, es gab eine MENGE Käse, aber ich denke, das war positiv. Ich mochte, dass sie viele Saucen-Pakete mit Mayo, Senf und Ketchup gaben. Ich mochte auch ihre Barbecue-Sauce sehr, die großartig war, um den Burger darin zu dippen. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter waren ebenfalls großartig.

🍽Food: 4/5 🤵🏽‍♂️Service: 4/5 🪑Ambiance: 4/5 📝Notes: I really like this restaurant, I felt good when ordering because the staff makes me feel comfortable. At the end of the day the quality of service is just as important as the quality of the food. I was a bit bummed out to see that out of the 12 burgers, only 8 had pork in them & 3 were plant based. So that leave me to have the Chipotle. I mean I did order the Kevin Bacon (with no bacon) but I did feel like it was missing something. What im trying to say is I don’t like removing items from the menu but at the same time I cannot have bacon / pulled pork. So it’s hard for me to recommend this to someone who doesn’t eat pork 😅
