J'ai commandé avec Uber Eats le burger de poulet double frit. C'était si bon. Les sauces avec les frites et dans le burger aussi. C'est le meilleur burger sans gluten que j'ai eu à Madrid. Merci !

Nourriture fantastique ! J'ai pris le burger de poulet épicé (Chicken Candela) et tout était parfaitement cuit. Le personnel était très agréable et serviable même si je ne parlais pas espagnol. Ils avaient même récupéré mon chapeau que j'avais oublié en partant 🙏✨

Great burgers but really bad service. I live on Serrano Street and come here often but every single time I come, the servers are rude and in a bad mood and are reminded why I shouldn’t come here. Today I was told particularly that I could not sit in the table for two at one side of the restaurant because they want people to sit grouped together. What?! We were made to be seated by the door by the cold air just because the server didn’t want 5 steps more to bring out food. She literally told me it was easier to bring the food out….. there were only 2 other people at the restaurant.. The only people who sit at the elevated part of the restaurant are the employees who more than once I have seen eating there. The girl with the black hair and the tattoos on one arm gave us such an unfortunate experience. Customers should be treated politely particularly the ones who live in the neighborhood. Let customers sit wherever they want considering the place that allows seating is extremely small and please… tables right outside the restrooms? That’s disgusting. I was once seated right outside the restroom and I could hear the person inside urinating. I don’t know who manages this place but please align this more like the other Goikos I have been to who have amazing people working. I have worked in the food service industry and behaving like the servers at this Goiko would have gotten me fired right away. Focus on better service and let people seat where they want please.

Notre dernier repas à Madrid n'était pas typiquement espagnol. C'était ici chez Goiko et laissez-moi vous dire que c'était l'un des meilleurs repas que j'aie jamais eus. J'ai commandé le Kevin Bacon qui avait des morceaux de bacon, des oignons croustillants et du fromage américain. C'était incroyable, le seul inconvénient de ce burger était qu'il était un peu salé. J'ai pris les frites normales pendant que mon ami prenait les quartiers de pommes de terre, nous avons tous deux convenu que les frites normales étaient beaucoup meilleures. Il a également pris le La Kiki qu'il a apprécié, il y avait une TONNE de fromage mais je pense que c'était un aspect positif. J'ai beaucoup aimé qu'ils donnent beaucoup de sachets de sauce mayonnaise, moutarde et ketchup. J'ai aussi vraiment aimé leur sauce barbecue, parfaite pour tremper le burger. Le service et les employés étaient également excellents.

🍽Food: 4/5 🤵🏽‍♂️Service: 4/5 🪑Ambiance: 4/5 📝Notes: I really like this restaurant, I felt good when ordering because the staff makes me feel comfortable. At the end of the day the quality of service is just as important as the quality of the food. I was a bit bummed out to see that out of the 12 burgers, only 8 had pork in them & 3 were plant based. So that leave me to have the Chipotle. I mean I did order the Kevin Bacon (with no bacon) but I did feel like it was missing something. What im trying to say is I don’t like removing items from the menu but at the same time I cannot have bacon / pulled pork. So it’s hard for me to recommend this to someone who doesn’t eat pork 😅
