Ho ordinato con Uber Eats il burger di pollo doppio fritto. Era così gustoso. Le salse con le patatine e nel burger erano ottime. Questo è il miglior burger senza glutine che abbia mai mangiato a Madrid. Grazie!

Cibo fantastico! Ho mangiato il burger di pollo piccante (Chicken Candela) e tutto era cotto alla perfezione. Il personale era molto gentile e disponibile anche se non parlavo spagnolo. Hanno anche recuperato il mio cappello che ho dimenticato lì quando sono uscito 🙏✨

Great burgers but really bad service. I live on Serrano Street and come here often but every single time I come, the servers are rude and in a bad mood and are reminded why I shouldn’t come here. Today I was told particularly that I could not sit in the table for two at one side of the restaurant because they want people to sit grouped together. What?! We were made to be seated by the door by the cold air just because the server didn’t want 5 steps more to bring out food. She literally told me it was easier to bring the food out….. there were only 2 other people at the restaurant.. The only people who sit at the elevated part of the restaurant are the employees who more than once I have seen eating there. The girl with the black hair and the tattoos on one arm gave us such an unfortunate experience. Customers should be treated politely particularly the ones who live in the neighborhood. Let customers sit wherever they want considering the place that allows seating is extremely small and please… tables right outside the restrooms? That’s disgusting. I was once seated right outside the restroom and I could hear the person inside urinating. I don’t know who manages this place but please align this more like the other Goikos I have been to who have amazing people working. I have worked in the food service industry and behaving like the servers at this Goiko would have gotten me fired right away. Focus on better service and let people seat where they want please.

Il nostro pasto finale a Madrid non era tipicamente spagnolo. È stato qui da Goiko e lasciatemelo dire, è stato uno dei migliori pasti che abbia mai avuto. Ho ordinato il Kevin Bacon, che aveva pezzetti di pancetta, cipolle croccanti e formaggio americano. Era incredibile, l'unico difetto di questo hamburger era che era un po' salato. Ho preso le patatine normali mentre il mio amico ha preso le patate a spicchi, eravamo entrambi d'accordo che le patatine normali erano molto migliori. Ha preso anche il La Kiki, che ha apprezzato, c'era un sacco di formaggio ma penso che sia stato un aspetto positivo. Mi è piaciuto molto che dessero tante salse in pacchetti di maionese, senape e ketchup. Mi è piaciuta moltissimo anche la loro salsa barbecue, perfetta per intingere l'hamburger. Anche il servizio e i dipendenti sono stati ottimi.

🍽Food: 4/5 🤵🏽‍♂️Service: 4/5 🪑Ambiance: 4/5 📝Notes: I really like this restaurant, I felt good when ordering because the staff makes me feel comfortable. At the end of the day the quality of service is just as important as the quality of the food. I was a bit bummed out to see that out of the 12 burgers, only 8 had pork in them & 3 were plant based. So that leave me to have the Chipotle. I mean I did order the Kevin Bacon (with no bacon) but I did feel like it was missing something. What im trying to say is I don’t like removing items from the menu but at the same time I cannot have bacon / pulled pork. So it’s hard for me to recommend this to someone who doesn’t eat pork 😅
