The best ice cream I have ever eaten in my life. A plethora of flavors, all 100% natural. Wonderful and extremely helpful staff. Gluten-free and lactose-free flavors. Waffles, Sicilian granita, and brioche... Truly super. Conveniently just a stone’s throw from Piazza del Campo. Highly recommended. The years go by and it just gets better. Gambero Rosso and Tripadvisor say so too ❤️❤️... gluten-free cookies and cones.

Ice cream is definitely one of my favorite foods and if you share my passion, you can't help but love the ice cream they serve at Masgalano. There’s a strong focus on the quality of ingredients, their origin, the flavors, and... intolerances. If I remember correctly, all flavors are "gluten-free" and it’s essential not to underestimate the dairy-free options. Shall we talk about sorbets? I travel around Italy for work and I assure you these have nothing to envy from the Sicilian ones. Of course… their ice cream and sorbets do have a downside; they are truly artisanal and genuinely natural… Well done, that’s enough!
