Great experience. We went during peak hours, and there was a bit of a line, but I must say it was worth it. They are very attentive to gluten-free options.

and what can I say to you. TOP TOP TOP GOOD AND GOOD.

You can choose the type of sandwich and the condiment; they also offer options for fries, piadina, or piadina with Nutella. Everything is prepared with care in a separate kitchen. Obviously, it's super good and highly recommended.

very very good sandwich. Different types of bread for celiacs and non-celiacs (focaccia, piadina, sandwich). Separate kitchen. Ingredients of excellent quality.

A good gluten-free place! Different types of GF bread, the choice went for the gluten-free piadina... in the end, it turned out great! 3 gluten-free beer options (rare to find), from the classic Peroni beer to two from the San Giminiano brewery, we tried the Roma, a fantastic IPA.

place where you can find gluten-free sandwiches, where you can choose both the base (so the type of sandwich, focaccia) and toppings to your liking! Also fried potatoes and gluten-free beer. Good sandwich!

Paninoteca but not only, offers gluten-free sandwiches and fried foods without the risk of contamination. When I want to be sure I'm eating well, I go there! Highly recommend!

Wow, for a celiac person, eating a hamburger sandwich is difficult, and having a good one with quality products seems impossible. But here, everything is possible; you can choose different types of bread and make your sandwich as you like. The staff is serious and well-prepared; they prepare the gluten-free option separately while making the regular sandwiches instantly. Gluten-free beer is available, with a choice between the traditional and the craft variety; I recommend trying it.

I ate at Da Poldo Food & Love in Siena on New Year's Eve and the experience was truly excellent. The menu is clear, simple, and easy to consult. I chose a black bun with hamburger, fontina cheese, salad, tomato, and ketchup: really phenomenal, with top-quality ingredients. Along with the sandwich, I also had the fried mozzarella balls, crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, truly delicious and perfect to accompany the meal. The staff is friendly, kind, and very quick in preparing the order, which is not a given, especially on the busier days. Great attention is also given to different dietary needs, with vegan and gluten-free options. The venue has a small indoor seating area and tables outside. Absolutely a place to try if you're in Siena! ๐โจ

For a tourist with a gluten allergy, this place hit the spot. Itโs so hard to be able to get a glute-free Italian-style sandwich, so it was a real treat. Service was fast, and the two gentlemen servicing us were helpful and friendly. I got the Genovese focaccia with some cold cuts and cheese. Warmed up it was very tasty. I would definitely come back again!

A really great burger place. Everyone can customize their own burger. The staff has a tough job handling all the individual orders, but they do a very professional job. Big praise to the team for their patience. For people with gluten sensitivity, all meals are prepared in a separate room.

Amazing gluten free options for coeliacs (celiacs)! Prepared separately to ensure safety, with several different bread options. Helpful and friendly staff :)

I recommend this place to those with celiac disease. Separate kitchens and very attentive staff. The venue is welcoming and clean. I had a delicious piadina and very crispy fries. Highly rated place. Great job, guys!!!

Spectacular. This is the only word that comes to mind. The food is fantastic: I had the panpizza with hamburger...and after the first one, I 'had to' get a second one because it was too good. The quality-price relationship is absurd; if you go to some well-known fast-food chain, they give you low-quality products even at higher prices. The place also has indoor tables in other rooms and small tables outside, but you can obviously get takeout as well. They are also AIC certified, so even those with celiac disease can feel safe, and the gluten-free piadina my wife ordered was exceptional (I tried it too...you can't notice any difference from gluten-containing food). The staff is the real gem of the place: there are two guys at the front counter and a girl for the gluten-free orders. Despite the steel mill-like temperatures, they are there with a smile and calmness (which some customers would deserve to be thrown against the wall...) and manage the rush of the place with incredible tranquility. The guy at the grill even recommended some toppings for my sandwich that went perfectly with what I had chosen (and with that chaos, that's not a given...). So what can I say? Go there and judge for yourselves :-) If I pass through Siena again, I will definitely go back.

A good place with many gluten-free options! Among the different types of GF bread, we chose the gluten-free piadina... and in the end, it turned out to be really excellent! Three choices of gluten-free beers (rare to find), from the classic Peroni beer to two excellent beers from the San Gimignano brewery, we tried both the Roma, a fantastic IPA, and the Errante, a nice drinkable Blanche. Recommended place.
