Characteristic restaurant carved in a tuff cave that once was an olive oil mill. Very beautiful. Home-style cooking, Asian management. We ate well, mixed appetizer with however many fried items as fillers and a first course of pappardelle with wild boar ragù, the ragù was good. Unfortunately for those with intolerances, we found them not very prepared to accommodate our dietary needs. Friendly and approachable staff, fair quality-price ratio for the offered menu. Overall, sufficient.
