Although it is not a certified establishment, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. The fried fish is all made with rice flour and cooked in oil specially dedicated for that purpose. The meat is all fine for us celiacs. There is the possibility to request gluten-free pasta with one of the sauces on the menu: I ordered pasta with wild boar ragù, and since the ragù was contaminated, it was made specifically for me at the moment, just like the pasta (perfect cooking). Very friendly and approachable staff.
