Cozy inn, good typical Roman cuisine, quality of products. Tasted appetizers included porchetta and caciocavallo on lava stone, goat skewers, cod meatballs with caramelized onion, zucchini flowers on pecorino fondue, all good. Typical first courses like gricia and carbonara, also with gluten-free pasta for celiacs. For the main course, I had pork belly with porcini mushrooms and purple potato cream, excellent quality of meat and preparation. Wine list absent in preparation, but a wide selection of available wines; I had a red Moio 57. Friendly and kind staff. Dessert was the delicious cherry and ricotta tart. Very good Diplomatico rum and a cherry digestif. Service times were quite fast. Prices are average compared to other places in the area. I recommend this inn.
