First and certainly NOT the last experience in this pizzeria! Let's start by saying that we had lunch and there was no wait for tables. The place is spacious and very welcoming, equipped with an oven dedicated to gluten-free, which is certainly a plus these days. The menu offers a wide selection from appetizers to drinks and tries to accommodate everyone. We ordered the crocchè and classic frittatina, then a baked pasta and a margherita with extra ingredients...what can I say, EXCEPTIONAL! The dough is very light, the ingredients are of the highest quality, and the prices are very fair. There is a lot of attention to detail, from the table setting to the presentation of the dishes, and we felt really good! Great quality also for the beer that bears the name of the owner pizzaiolo and keep it up! We can't wait to bring our friends and relatives for a truly top-notch culinary experience 🔝🙏

Gianfranco Iervolino's pizza is excellent music for the palate. The place is welcoming and impeccably clean, easy to reach with ample parking. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to serve you. We had some fritters prepared by Maestro Gianfranco, which were very good. The pizzas have a very light dough that's easy to digest, and the ingredients are of excellent quality. There's a wide selection of beers and wines; we had the craft beer named after the Maestro, which deserves a solid 10. The cherry on top was the sweet pizza "La polacca"; you have to try it to understand its sweetness and deliciousness. The pizzeria also offers pizzas and other options for celiacs. Mrs. Nunzia (the Maestro Iervolino's wife) is always smiling and accommodating. What can I say, we will return soon to taste more pizzas and delights from the Maestro... and to enjoy his singing performances. Gianfranco Iervolino and family get top marks. Go there and you won't regret it!

Gianfranco Iervolino has established the launch pad for his stratospheric pizzas on "zabatta," the main road that spans almost all the municipalities southeast of Vesuvius, in the heart of the namesake national park. His most recent adventure, born in Ottaviano, via Leonardo Zabatta 48, is truly cosmic and boundless. The Iervolino family, with wife and children, have taken their places on the pizza spaceship. The venue is spacious with an adjacent parking lot. The decor is minimalist yet elegant, bright, and welcoming. Wood-fired oven and a dedicated oven for gluten-free pizzas. WiFi. Meticulous cleanliness. The ingredients in the menu preparations are carefully chosen, respecting both Neapolitan and Vesuvian traditions. Quality beers for all tastes and an essential wine list featuring the best Campanian labels: sparkling, whites, reds, and rosés. Selected desserts and liquors. Everything is done with maximum attention to quality-price ratio. Truly unbeatable. Traditional and modern pizzas priced at 5, 6, 7 euros, a maximum of 8. Professional service. We orbit in the firmament of pizzerias: perfect doughs and fermentations, precise cooking and fillings, golden and dry fried items. Our evening was truly exquisite. We had a "Napoletana": San Marzano tomatoes, anchovies from Cetara, black olives from Itri, Ufita garlic, and Campanian EVO oil; and a "Ciummarella": Agerola provola cheese, river chili peppers, fresh cherry tomatoes, Bifulco sausage, and EVO oil. Then a crocchè with Agerola provola; a pasta frittatina with peas, minced meat, béchamel, and Grana Padano; and an arancino with Carnaroli rice, shrimp, Agerola provola, and lime. We drank Irpinia DOC red wine and strong ale beer. To finish, Gay Odin chocolate truffle and Berta grappa. In our opinion, it was a stellar result, without any flaws, everything was impeccable.
