Delicious breakfast and it is a completely gluten-free place! If I happen to pass through Cagliari again, I will return! Highly appreciated by my friends who are not gluten intolerant as well.

A place that makes celiacs and those intolerant to gluten and lactose happy, where they can really find anything, from sweet to savory, including sliced pizzas! Thanks to the owners for their wonderful selection of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and aperitifs, and for making us feel not discriminated against, but in the right place!

A tasty appetizer in the center of Cagliari, with slices of pizza, puff pastries, and gluten-free frittatas. It's a small bar, so it's advisable to book in advance to secure a spot.

Dear Anonymous, I apologize for your review. I am the manager of the laboratory and I want to highlight that recycling gluten-free food is practically impossible due to the flours, which I assume you are aware of. In our team, we have a person with celiac disease and one who is gluten intolerant who test the products from our laboratory every day, which daily produces fresh products. In any case, if you would like to reveal yourself, we would be more than happy to rectify the situation and satisfy your tastes.

Excellent fresh gluten-free products, including typical ones. A little more friendliness wouldn't hurt.

While I have no complaints about the quality of the food—both sweet and savory are very good and frequently change—I must say that despite the difficulty in preparing gluten-free dishes, they have golden hands. Unfortunately, that alone isn't enough to make a customer want to come back; the staff lacks empathy. When you enter, they always seem annoyed and sulky. It's not pleasant to interact with that kind of people. Several times, I found one of them smoking at the entrance and then immediately serving me food. Overall, they need to pay a bit more attention.

In the center of Cagliari, gluten-free pastry shop. At 9:00 in the morning, the display was already filled with choices for breakfast (2 cream croissants, 1 spiral with cream and chocolate, and 2 grandmother's tarts). For a savory option, there was a pizza with raw ham and 3 savory pastries. We chose the croissant and the spiral: warm, liquid pastry cream, lacking texture. Macchiato coffee: practically just milk. Rude and unwelcoming service.

Fortunately, we found it open. The place has nothing special, but it's 100% gluten-free, so it's safe for celiacs like us. Small, nice, with limited options if you arrive late or with more than two people. We were nine, so we almost emptied the sweet and savory items in the display. Despite the amount, the staff was quite annoyed & I believe they were also rude about the quantity noted on the receipt, not cheap prices. I didn't want to argue, we're here on vacation. The quality is average, let's say, nothing outstanding. Perhaps a smile from them would have also changed our mood. We were happy anyway to have found gluten-free food!!! So, thank you.

Finally, in Cagliari, a pastry shop that is gluten-free and lactose-free. I went there this morning for the first time and bought two trays of plumcake, filled with pistachio cream and hazelnut cream, really delicious. The sponge cake is good, soft with an aftertaste of lemon and vanilla, the filling delightful. They were so good that I ate 4😅. Thank you very much. You were really great. Before I leave, I will definitely come back 😍

A nice place for those with gluten and lactose intolerance. The salesperson is cordial and kind. I arrived at closing time, so I had everything wrapped up to enjoy at home. The selection was varied: croissants, pardule, doughnuts, cakes, tarts, muffins, puff pastries, sliced pizzas, meatballs, sandwiches... I bought a sliced pizza, a plain croissant, and a pardula; I spent 9 euros.

Finally, a bar for celiacs/gluten intolerant people, as it should be! Breakfast, lunches, and aperitifs in one of the most beautiful streets of Cagliari! Welcoming staff, professional yet friendly and kind, very attentive to customers' requests. The slice of pizza was very tasty, absolutely delicious! Not to mention the carrot cake, it doesn't even seem like a gluten-free dessert because it's so fluffy, excellent, I'm in love with it! The cappuccino was artfully prepared, I've never seen such a perfect cappuccino! Thank you so much, girls, you are amazing!

If you are celiac or gluten intolerant, I recommend this place. All products are gluten-free and lactose-free. Knowledgeable staff and excellent quality. It's the first time I've seen gluten-free sliced pizzas. I saw many products including desserts that are normally restricted for those with intolerances. An innovative place that allows you to gather with your intolerant friends even for an aperitif without them having to give up anything.
