I arrived by chance, a small but nice place.. gluten-free options.. even though the kitchen is very small.. what reassures me is that the girl serving is celiac so I hope they are actually attentive.. overall pleasant

Nice place, small but well-maintained, various gf options, including gnocchi with amatriciana sauce, not certified but very attentive, the waitress is celiac so very knowledgeable. I had a good time, there was no trace of contamination.

A not very large place, outside the walls of Vitorchiano but just a stone's throw from the bus square. I stopped for lunch after reading good recommendations for gluten-free options: I had excellent gnocchi with the vitorchianese sauce (with fennel) accompanied by good gluten-free bread (mandatory bread-dipping). The nougat semifreddo was also excellent. Very polite in their hospitality as well. Reservations recommended.
