Very spacious, informal venue with excellent acoustics. This company specializes in serving gluten-free meals, with many years of experience. Appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes; the variety of choices is vast, the food is very good, light, and the ingredients are always fresh and of excellent quality. You must absolutely try the gluten-free pizza: the dough is made on-site, handcrafted, and the pizza is both crispy and soft, thin to just the right degree. I also suggest the "Ciccio" as a small appetizer: a typical creation from the pizzeria department. The managers and all the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and accommodating; there is a harmonious, happy, and relaxed atmosphere. I recommend making a reservation. The live music and karaoke nights are interesting and very entertaining.

My family and I stayed for 10 days in San Vito dei Normanni. Beautiful apartment, nice weather, lovely places, but at first we had difficulty finding a restaurant that dealt with the annoying "gluten-free" and that suited our taste. In the last few days, we discovered that in Carovigno, a nearby town, there was a place called "Pizzeria Express Music Pub Cafe" which is not "AIC". More than a pizzeria, it’s a real restaurant, where the owner, Imma, being celiac herself, knows how to handle this particular condition (and handicap for those dining out). We returned for 4 consecutive days... a variety in the menu that satisfied us fully, not to mention the quality. From excellent pizza to first courses (I highly recommend the shrimp gnocchi) and orecchiette with meatballs, to second courses of meat and fish (the fried dishes and seafood salad were delicious, and the side dishes not to mention the "puccie" (Salento focacce) filled with anything, which made my two children happy. Lastly, the amount of food on your plate doesn’t leave you hungry. The prices are medium-low. Imma, Cosimo, and all the staff complete this harmonious place with their friendliness, cordiality, professionalism, and kindness—things somewhat forgotten nowadays. Unfortunately, we discovered this little gem in the last days. If you pass by those parts, don’t miss the opportunity to stop by... not just for celiacs, but for everyone. P.S. at the end of the meal, ask for Piero’s lemon cream... a unique delight. Beautiful memories that will remain forever in our hearts.
