Brand new environment, super friendly staff, excellent food! We had paccheri with clams, exquisite, as a gluten-free eater I rarely ate so well. The gluten-free fried dishes, because we were the first customers, the first oil, were delicious! Maximum attention, recommended for celiac patients, they don't have a separate kitchen, but they are attentive, at your discretion and sensitivity. I digested without any problems. In short, if we happen to be in Caserta again, we will definitely eat there. Compliments!
