The pizza was nothing special; I found it very heavy, and I ordered a margherita. For that price, there are definitely better pizzas. The risk of contamination is minimal; they have two separate but close counters, and even when you book, they warn you that flour is in the air, so there is a possible risk of contamination. For the rest, they have separate ovens. The risk of contamination is zero only if they have two separate kitchens. The environment is very nice, undoubtedly. The service tonight was a bit off; a couple of waiters asked us the same things, if we wanted water and to order, when we had already been served for a while. But it’s nothing shocking. I will definitely return to try other items on the menu, which has a separate section for gluten-free options. There are first courses, second courses, pizzas, appetizers, and two desserts. At least the options are plentiful. But at the moment, I don't feel like recommending it for the pizza.
