I don't know, it didn't convince me much. The gluten-free cone was very hard. At the checkout, they told me they had almost all gluten-free options, but when I asked the person making the gelato, there weren't actually that many options.

gluten-free cone with a surcharge of €1, various gluten-free flavors with maximum attention to contamination. new gloves and a clean dedicated shovel for each flavor, taking the ice cream from a part not yet contaminated by the other shovel. the ice cream is of excellent quality and the flavors are delicious! I highly recommend.
