an exceptional ice cream. I have never eaten ice cream without fearing it was contaminated. This is the first time I have eaten sg ice cream and I am sure of what I am eating. The ice cream was made inside with "new" and uncontaminated ice cream tubs. A lot of choice in flavors and it was also very good. What can I say, I was very happy.

Don't trust the "lactose-free" flavors they offer you. Some time ago, I went to an ice cream shop and, being lactose intolerant, I asked which flavors were without milk. They suggested quite a few. Well, two hours later, I started feeling sick and was unwell all evening. The worst part was when I called them the next day: they replied that it was impossible they made a mistake and that it was probably due to the sweetener (which I normally use at home and has never given me problems). Now, I wonder: do you think a person who is lactose intolerant, who has experienced being unwell due to this multiple times, cannot distinguish between a colitis attack and a stomachache (not to mention other symptoms) caused by lactose versus something else? Please... If they had apologized and admitted their mistake, I would have considered going back, but after this slap in the face, definitely not. Imagine if a person allergic to milk had been in my place; what would have happened?

The ice cream is excellent and suitable for celiacs and lactose intolerant individuals, but be careful about contamination. I highly recommend it to everyone because it is artisanally made ice cream.

Always my favorite ice cream, even for my daughter who is celiac. It’s our reference point for artisanal ice cream. I love English trifle, but for those like us who don't enjoy too rich flavors, there should be a bit more variety in the fruit ice creams. Maybe berries, I selfishly suggest 😊😊😊.
