There is little to say... it's the best pizzeria in the world. Their gluten-free pizza is no less. The quality of the ingredients and the dough is sublime. I've never eaten a gluten-free pizza like this.

Going all the way to this restaurant to try a pizza that is so renowned and recommended by everyone is not worth it for someone with celiac disease. It's only worthwhile for someone who eats normally. The gluten-free pizza dough is good, but like many pizzas I've tasted between Naples and Rome, and I don't think it's even the best I've ever tried. Obviously, it's not possible to have their classic three-cooked dough without gluten. The appetizers were bland and cold. The four-cheese pizza I ordered was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Nothing was tasted except for the gorgonzola, and the added lemon completely ruined it, so that you couldn't even taste the one cheese that remained. They redeemed themselves with a surprisingly flavorful artichoke pizza, accompanied by a gluten-free beer that was equally good (not on draft).

Good gluten-free pizza but not worth it. We had to book two months in advance to go on a Saturday at a decent time. As gluten-free appetizers, there are only the fries, the pizza is good since the ingredients are excellent and high-quality, but I found the dough disappointing. Too cookie-like, we had difficulty cutting it. There is no trace of gluten-free on the menu, and the surcharge is not specified accordingly. Honestly, there are better options for gluten-free out there.

Considering that we are talking about one of the best pizzerias in the world, it did not disappoint me. Obviously, we are talking about the gluten-free pizza, which was truly excellent. The pizza was very large with high edges and thin in the center, a cloud! We waited a bit, but it was worth it! I suggest that in the future they offer some more beers and maybe some desserts to improve the service.

Super crowded for good reasons! Unlike the inflated gourmet trend, this pizza truly deserves more than 5 stars. The gluten-free pizzas are just as good as the regular ones. Special, flavorful, and digestible variants. The staff is kind and helpful. The Martucci team has grown fabulously since the days on Via Acquaviva! Congratulations, to greater things.
