It wasn't listed on the menu, but the waiter surprised me by promptly explaining that they had a gluten-free pizza base. The base is among the best I've tasted so far, and by choosing it with ample toppings, it brought back the joy of pizza! The staff is also very attentive and knowledgeable; they brought me gluten-free bread without me even asking.
