I should mention that I am celiac and that for me, finding a pizza is almost always a mirage. Here I found a good gluten-free pizza (not handmade base but with fresh ingredients), a gluten-free beer, and a lot of friendliness. The place is not very big, so it's best to reserve if you want to eat "served". Surely if I happen to be in Ghilarza again, it will be a pleasure to sit at their tables once more.
