The pizza dough is good but in the end it feels heavy. I found the €4 increase for the gluten-free option a bit excessive.

They told us a lot of good things about this pizzeria, so we tried it by ordering a traditional crust pizza and one with gluten-free crust. For the gluten-free, I must say it’s an excellent result, light dough and crispy edge without being inedible as often happens. Excellent ingredients, and despite the crowd, we didn’t have to wait too long, but we took the opportunity to have an aperitif at the bar next door. Thank you!! The gluten-free service was excellent, much appreciated. I’ll spread the word! Well done, well done!

The best pizzeria in Soave and its surroundings. The pizzeria Corte Bolla has been a solid reference point for years to indulge in the pleasant treat of a good pizza. Located within the Scaliger walls, it is therefore very convenient for a break after a walk in beautiful Soave. Various doughs are offered (including gluten-free) and a multitude of toppings, all of high quality. The staff is young and friendly, always ready to meet the customer's requests. Highly recommended.
