In the heart of Pontremoli, in the main square, a historic venue with interior frescoes. Highly trained staff regarding gluten-free options. Practically the whole menu is available including herb pie and other typical dishes in gluten-free versions. Recommended for those coming from outside are the testaroli with pesto. Also gluten-free desserts from the house, such as cakes and more. Friendly and kind staff. I will definitely return!

We needed to have dinner in Pontremoli, being celiac we tried this place through an app where we had a great dinner and received excellent hospitality. I didn't try the gluten-free desserts because I had already eaten enough, but given the other dishes and their appearance, I feel like I missed out on something good.

Friendly, polite, and very helpful staff. The owners made us feel at home right away! I had the chance to try the Torta d’Erbi (typical of Pontremoli), a second course of Salsiccia Lunigianese with a side of potatoes and roasted vegetables (really special), and an excellent gluten-free apricot tart! At the end of the meal, I had tears in my eyes because they truly want to provide a quality service, worthy and fair even for those who unfortunately have to settle for minimum wage. Highly recommended!

We were in Pontremoli for a couple of days. We stopped by chance at this bar that also serves as a restaurant. Friendly, courteous, and very helpful staff. The owners made us feel right at home! We had the chance to try the aperitif: snacks made by them (they actually have an oven for both sweet and savory), so there were small pizzas, herb cake, a type of fried dumpling (forgive me, I can't remember the name :-) with paprika, focaccia, etc. We also tried breakfast: various types of pastries, maritozzi, small pastries, and last but not least, GLUTEN-FREE DESSERTS! Indeed, I was able to enjoy a great berry tart that was gluten-free (they also have savory gluten-free options). It's not common to have consideration for those like me who are intolerant to gluten and lactose. The choice of evening music was also noteworthy: songs of a certain depth! Everything was delightful. We also brought our friends, and they were all satisfied. We will definitely return! Wait for us to come back!!! See you soon!
