Tuna-style veal and raw meat are exquisite, as are the agnolotti with roast sauce that is gluten-free. Very honest prices and friendly service. Highly recommended!!

I had dinner at this trattoria and I must say it far exceeded my expectations (which were already high). Exceptional food, excellent quality/price ratio, and superlative service: the waiters are uniquely friendly, yet never intrusive or excessive. Another point in favor is the extreme attention towards gluten-free clients (they have a separate cooking area and AIC certification). Ps: agnolotti del plin and ricotta, chestnut, and chocolate cake are an ABSOLUTE must-try!

What a nice surprise! I went to this trattoria for lunch on Sunday with some friends and I must say I discovered an incredible place. The location is lovely, it feels like being at home. The tasting menu, besides being affordable, was also very good. Excellent attention for celiacs, who can easily find gluten-free options on the menu! Courteous staff, really nice (in a genuine and not forced way). Recommended!

Without a doubt, to be included in the circuit of the best gluten-free restaurants. Unique in its kind, with a double menu (gluten and gluten-free). It is definitely superior to other "piole" in Turin, including the more polished and excessively expensive ones. The atmosphere is muffled, quiet, relaxed. The chatter of the clientele (of class) is never annoying. From the menu, I tried the great classics of Piedmontese cuisine: the Piedmontese veal girello with tonnato sauce (steamed at 70°) and the agnolotti del plin (all strictly gluten-free). The flavor proved to be superb, especially, I must say, regarding the two-colored agnolotti del plin with yellow turnip chips, green filled with lean meat and yellow with lemon, in a broth of roots (purple carrot, parsley root, yellow turnip). To complete everything, a dessert based on panna cotta garnished with zabaglione. The staff is always present in the dining room and very kind. From 19:30 to 20:30, about 40 calls came in, to which it was replied that the room was full... I've said it all.
