A place where you can eat excellent farinata and great gluten-free pizza. The owner used to have the pizzeria in Carbonara Scrivia with the same service. They are very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and you can eat in peace. Tip: it's advisable to book even the day before, because as the owner explained to me, the rising of the pizza is better if prepared in advance.
