Very welcoming location inside a building of the municipal swimming pools. Large parking outside, elevator or stairs lead to the upper floor, where the restaurant is located. Extraordinary pizzeria: various classic and vegan options, multiple base dough options for the pizza, and excellent in terms of gluten-free pizza, if you have gluten intolerances or allergies. Delicious desserts and coffee served quickly. The pizzaiolo and waitress (didn't catch their names) were sociable, polite, and well-prepared in the kitchen. If we return to Novi Ligure, it will be our immediate choice if we want a pizza at a great price and of notable quality. 100% recommended.

From a celiac perspective, I can say this is the best pizza I have ever tasted, nothing to envy to the normal dough (even though there are always 6/7 doughs to choose from). The ingredients are top quality. The service is attentive and friendly. I recommend saving some space for dessert because "Jle's desserts" are a real delight! Discovered thanks to social media, I decided to try this pizzeria, which is new to me. It is located above the municipal swimming pools in Novi Ligure. Itâs definitely strange to go to a pizzeria on Saturday night that smells of chlorine on the way there. It truly took me back in time. The location is nothing more and nothing less than a simple pizzeria. Inside, you forget that youâre in the same building as the municipal pool. The parking lot is very large and free. The food. The selection of pizzas is really extensive. Notably, they are categorized by "main ingredient." There is the possibility to choose different doughs and various types: from classic to contemporary (with high edges). All the pizzas were enjoyable. Light doughs and not at all chewy. Prices range from âŹ7 to âŹ10 per pizza. Absolutely in line with the offer made. In a group of 6, with 6 pizzas, 4 beers (of which two large bottles of 75), 4 desserts, a bottle of water, and 4 coffees, we spent âŹ21 per person. Approved!

It had been years since I last went to L'Ultima Spiaggia, so I had no memory of what the pizza was like... well, honestly, after visiting many renowned pizzerias that I won't name, L'Ultima Spiaggia has claimed the absolute top spot. The strong point is that they offer a variety of dough types and stretching options, so for those with gluten intolerance, they can enjoy a spectacular pizza that is also well topped. Very kind and willing to listen to the customer. Itâs the first time we are getting the pizzas, and I must say they are really good. Moreover, they have a oven for cooking gluten-free pizzas. The owner is very empathetic regarding celiac disease; she even gifted us a gluten-free tart made by her, and my wife really liked it a lot. What a wonderful place!

The pizzas are excellent, well-topped, and well-cooked, and in my case, the gluten-free one is fantastic, so much so that I don't notice the difference from a classic dough pizza. If there were 10 stars, I would give them all. It's not always easy to find gluten-free pizza in every pizzeria, but even more difficult is to find a GOOD one.
