Excellent gluten-free pizza! Thin and crispy, prepared in a separate area and baked in a dedicated oven. Zero contamination. Only drawback: there are few gluten-free pizza variants available, I believe because this way they can ensure non-contamination and offer fresh ingredients.

Pizzeria with Neapolitan-style dough, light, tasty, and easily digestible. High-quality ingredients, with a wide selection of pizzas, including gluten-free options, cooked carefully in a dedicated oven. Very nice venue in the square of Bussolengo. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.
