Welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable staff about the menu. We were two "problematic" subjects, I’m celiac and she’s vegan. For CELIACS, they have a wide variety of choices among first courses, second courses, and desserts, and the same goes for VEGANS (even though they are a bit "penalized" on some dishes). The bill is in line with the quality/price ratio.

A respectable restaurant has staff like this. Kind, helpful, and well-prepared to present the menu, giving brief and direct descriptions of requested dishes, during tastings, and suggesting wines along with the reasons for the chosen types. The food is well-structured with good balance of components like spices or sauces. Correct waiting times. Prices are average. The venue enjoys a good sea view just a few meters away, separated from the tourist promenade. For privacy, I recommend the inner room, but the external veranda offers a panorama that evokes emotions.... Great for CELIACS. The food is excellent and SAFE, not deviating much from the classic menu. I highly recommend making a reservation.
