When I feel like having a nice fish-based lunch at reasonable prices, La Fraschetta never disappoints me. With the fixed menu at 22 euros, you are guaranteed 3 appetizers, a first course (very abundant and in my opinion the best dish from their repertoire), and 4 samples of second courses with very fresh ingredients. Moreover, the waiters are typically young (and very kind) and understand the needs of those with intolerances and celiac disease very well, as they themselves ask about intolerances and allergies at the time of ordering. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to taste a large part of the local catch (the menu is based on the fish that fishermen manage to find during the fishing trips of the previous day, so the quality and freshness are guaranteed) at a price accessible even to young people and students who do not compromise on safety regarding contaminations.

I always come here when I want to eat fish in Anzio, enjoying gluten-free first courses! Different menus to choose from for every budget and every level of appetite. Additionally, for those with celiac disease, as already mentioned, there are appetizers, first and second courses that are strictly gluten-free. If requested, gluten-free bread is also served. The staff are friendly, cordial, and helpful. Every time I feel at home! 😋

Great family lunch with fish. We opted for the complete menu at €18 consisting of an appetizer, a first course, and a second course... Everything was abundant and good. A noteworthy mention for the complete gluten-free menu, tasted by two diners. Lastly, the pistachio ice cream made on the spot with liquid nitrogen was truly exceptional, a must-try! The bill was proportionate to the quantity and quality.
