Gluten-free pinsa made in-house (with a day's notice) is delicious, soft, flavorful, with a crust that is just crispy enough. The meringue dessert at the end of the meal was like a fairytale! I will definitely return! I mention the sufficient safety only because they also handle gluten products in the establishment, but I didn't have any issues at all, and I am definitely sensitive.

We had dinner at this pinsa restaurant; it was recommended to us by friends for its gluten-free pinsa. Great choice (all normal pizzas can be made with gluten-free dough), and they were also accommodating and attentive regarding a request outside the menu for a 1-year-old girl. The choice is limited in this case but appropriate for a "diet break." There is also a small space inside the restaurant for children to play, useful with the bare essentials. From the outside, it seems a bit anonymous, but inside, the place is welcoming and the staff is friendly. I feel like recommending it!

Great gluten-free pizza. Good place to visit if you're with family and children as they've got plenty of space outside to run around.

Dinner for 23 people. Good organization in service, considering the number of people in the place. Warm and friendly environment. Very good food, excellent gluten-free pinza. Venue with a wide variety of gluten-free products. It's a shame it's not effectively reviewed on Google Maps! A place to recommend!
