Very kind staff. Farm-to-table food produced by them. Cheeses, preserved vegetables, homemade bread, pasta dishes. A fairy-tale place with a lake view and beautiful trees.

Great experience, to be repeated. They gifted us a package with spa, overnight stay, dinner, and breakfast. A truly beautiful and well-maintained place. The spa consists of two outdoor hot tubs, which we did not use as it was cold, and an indoor hot tub at 38°C; sauna, steam room, massage room, shower. The spa route was very pleasant, with a scrub massage, extremely kind staff, not intrusive, and very helpful. They also prepared 2 herbal teas for us. Dinner was delicious; I mention a type of pici with white duck ragù and asparagus worth noting; as well as the homemade ricotta. The overnight stay in a super warm dependance, the only small downside being the mattress a tad hard for our tastes, and the pillow too soft (but I think this is subjective; everyone has their needs). Yes to radiators, no to air conditioning. Breakfast with a small buffet of homemade sweets; here a special mention for a gluten-free donut cake that was delicious, for which I got the recipe and will try again soon. I must say that being celiac, I received a lot of attention regarding my needs, something that rarely happens, as usually, they hand out packaged items that are often dreadful. Beautiful environment with a new hall, a garden with well-maintained lawn, and a view of the small lake at Mezzano. I bought their delicate acacia honey. They also sell their jams, oil, etc. Wi-Fi does not work in the room, nor does the phone. Suitable for those who are not afraid to unplug from the rest of the world and rest the mind too. We will definitely return in spring/summer to fully enjoy the outdoor area.

Canceling a fully paid reservation at the very last minute is not only a bad example of professionalism but also destroying someone’s plan of having a quality time with their family and the worst part was that the only holiday (ferragosto) you get during the summer time was wasted within a blink of an eye. Thank you!
