Unfortunately, even though they are very careful about contamination, their dough contains deglutenized wheat flour, and I feel bad as if I ingested gluten!

Everything was perfect, found at the last minute, fully satisfied our needs. The pizzas were very tasty, including the one for celiacs, reaching the top for having made the dough on the spot!

The pizzeria is quite spacious and above all clean, the gluten-free pizza is excellent! I had a regular pizza with buffalo mozzarella, it was truly delicious, the dough was very good, compliments also for the kindness. Before the pizza, they brought a platter of very fresh cheeses and cold cuts, which were greatly appreciated.
