I have eaten several times in this restaurant with a breathtaking view. They know the gluten-free worldvery well. They are supplied by a company they have selected that provides fresh pasta in sealed packages in various formats and bread (baguettes and not the usual sliced bread). The quality of gluten-free food and the raw materials used is exceptional. It is not AIC (Italian Coeliac Association), but even with the shared kitchen, the chef uses dedicated pans, ladles, and various pots only for gluten-free. The important thing is to specify the problem to the waiter; they will take care of the rest.
