The sushi is very good and the staff is attentive to gluten sensitivity. Gluten-free soy sauce is provided upon request and the dishes are adapted to needs. If possible, they remove gluten-containing ingredients; I have never been unwell and have been there several times.

Super approved! Already online, it's possible to get an idea of the menu and identify possible gluten-free dishes (there are quite a few, also considering lactose intolerance). Then, at the restaurant, the ability to order each dish from the tablet makes selection even easier because you can check gluten among the allergens, and only gluten-free dishes will remain selectable. We had a doubt about one dish (it looked like it contained flour) and we asked to ensure there was no gluten (and it was indeed true!). Highly recommended!

very good, fish of excellent quality, self-service ordering at the table using a tablet. Safe for celiacs, as it is possible to select "gluten-free" in the allergens so that only what is available and uncontaminated can be seen. Fried food naturally contains gluten but the kitchen is separate so the fish is not contaminated. Modern and new venue, attentive waiters. If requested, there is also gluten-free soy sauce!!
