The AIC registration is not informed, but the owner has 2 celiac children, so they know the subject very well. The granitas and ice creams are excellent, with the possibility of gluten-free cones and brioche. Maximum attention is given to the ice creams, which I have personally checked, and they are taken either freshly made from the back or far from where they have previously been taken.
