We stopped after looking at the menu displayed outside, where allergens were listed next to the dishes, and beside many, the gluten-free symbol was present. After inquiring about contamination, I was informed that the kitchen size does not allow for a separate station, but they are well aware of the problem since it is a location highly frequented by tourists; therefore, maximum attention is paid. Naturally, the establishment is not certified, but they still brought individual serving crackers to the table (sometimes in certified options we find neither bread nor anything else). The cuisine is refined and excellent; for my daughter, who is celiac, they adapted a tomato pasta with gluten-free pasta, and as a child, she opted for an entrecôte for the second course, but we had zucchini flan, pike with polenta, Venetian-style liver with polenta, a tasting of cheeses, and rosemary crème brûlée, all gluten-free, and we were told that she could taste everything. Our dishes were fabulous, but even the simple tomato pasta was gourmet... delicious.
