Good good good. As far as I understand, there is a separate kitchen, but I can't guarantee that there isn't any contamination. I was able to eat a starter of cold cuts, nothing for the first course (not even polenta) and an excellent braised beef with polenta. They also had gluten-free desserts, but I didn't try them.
