Terrible experience and deeply unfair. In all the available menus — online, displayed outside the venue, and paper menus at the table — it was clearly indicated that gluten-free pizza would have a supplement of €2. However, once seated, my girlfriend (gluten intolerant) was given another menu, never shown before, where gluten-free pizzas cost up to €4.5 more, with identical ingredients to regular pizzas. We pointed this out to the waiter, showing the photo of the external menu: he admitted the mistake and said they "need to change the menu". The manager arrived and here the situation deteriorated: instead of apologizing, he tried to justify the increase by talking about "organic ingredients", an excuse made up on the spot, as it does not appear in any menu and contradicts everything the venue advertises. Faced with this complete lack of transparency, we decided to leave. The manager accompanied us to the exit with an ironic, arrogant, and deeply unprofessional attitude, repeating "I wish you a good evening" as if it were a mockery. A place that changes prices depending on the menu it puts in front of you, contradictory information, and zero respect for those with real dietary needs. For us, it was enough: we will never return and strongly advise against this place to anyone who values correctness and professionalism.

A truly elegant place, very nice location, with friendly and quick staff. We ate very well; the dishes are well-prepared and tasty, the ingredients are of high quality. If I had to find a point for improvement (just for my personal taste), there might have been a bit too much tomato on the pizza, but it was still delicious. I had the ancient grains pizza because I have a gluten intolerance, and it was very good—light and digestible. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable.

A restaurant overlooking one of the charming squares in the historic center of Verona. You can conveniently book a table through Google. I have been gluten-free since 2012 and I have never eaten such a good gluten-free pizza! Excellent dough, stays soft, and the ingredients are of high quality. Very honest prices given the location of the restaurant. So I highly recommend it and congratulations to the staff!

My daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease. Traveling in Italy, many places were somewhat accommodating. Altro Impero Pizza & Natura in Verona was AMAZING!!! In great detail a gentleman explained how to make delicious pizza dough! All of our dinners were fantastic! The classico hamburger was huge, delicious and the caramelized onions made it even more wonderful! Don't miss a great meal for the entire family!

Delicious food art! Their passion is on another level! The waiter, cooks, and owner were so helpful and friendly and patient with us. Get off the beaten path from the tourist restaurants, and find this one nearby, tucked right under the tower, a very cool location! It’s a hidden gem! If you have celiac’s, they’re so helpful and I was able to finally choose any pizza on the menu! Most restaurants only offer a few gluten free options but this restaurant really went out of their way in service and caring what their food tastes like! It was refreshing! Thank you again!

We went to this restaurant/pizzeria last night with my boyfriend and we left very satisfied! It was recommended to us by relatives especially for the gluten-free pizza *having this little issue* and I think it was one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever had! The dough reminded me a lot of Mexican tacos, as the waitress also confided to us. Super quiet place and the atmosphere in the downstairs room was beautiful. Reasonable price for the quality received. The girl who served us was very kind! Recommended!

Elegant restaurant, set in a historic building overlooking a beautiful internal square. We went there because it is AIC certified and we had a great experience. Nice environment even though they put us outside. I'm not celiac so I can't evaluate objectively, but overall we didn't like it. The food seems to be just thawed and not fresh, plus it's quite bland. The only good food was the bread, score 9. It only saves itself for the location.

The pizza is good, made with whole grain and gluten-free flours. The sliced beef is good and tender. Two types of hamburgers, especially the bread. The service is good. The place where it is located is very nice.
