I needed to get gluten-free products because I had a celiac guest for dinner, and I arrived here... where kindness and professionalism are at home! I bought black bread, breadsticks, cake (very good), and cookies! Highly recommended! PS. It’s better to book in advance to make sure you find everything you need.

Manu is fantastic, always available and finally a healthy, fresh gluten-free bread without preservatives, especially with a wide variety and always delicious. Plus fresh brioche, mini pizzas, focaccia..... in short, a paradise for celiacs.

I can't give more stars because it's not allowed... But my review is to tell the lady who wanted to express her negative opinion that maybe she is not celiac or maybe she doesn't know that people like Manuela cook with ❤️. Is the place difficult to reach??? Well, if someone really cares, they will go on foot... Moreover, I can assure that the products, in addition to being made from scratch, are always super fresh. The proof is the fact that everything is cooked on the spot... So if she wants, I am happy to offer her and let her understand how much commitment and work there is behind that wonderful super cook... If she wants, I am waiting for her.

We ordered a graduation cake and some savory snacks to accompany it, all gluten-free and lactose-free, everything was delicious. I recommend Manuela's bakery to everyone; you will find a courtesy and customer attention that is not easily found.
