Great gluten-free pizza! The very kind guy explained to me that it is not a dough made in-house but a pre-cooked base; it is still baked in the same oven as the other pizzas but in special foil (with the necessary precautions). The oven is still the same, but I feel very good despite my fairly high intolerance. Good quality ingredients.
