For a while now, the restaurant has left the AIC circuit and no longer guarantees gluten-free options unless you book the gluten-free pizza days in advance... the choice on the menu, having to opt for other dishes since I couldn't eat the pizza, is limited

Very nice place, gluten-free pizza is not bad. It's better to call ahead to reserve the gluten-free pizza!
