In the Food area of the Gates at Linate Airport, the Motta bar offers a convenient gluten-free option for those departing. In the fridge of fresh ready meals, there are three types of gluten-free sandwiches "Il Pagnotto," prepared with wholemeal bread that appears to be from Schär. They are soft, fresh, and well-filled: a good solution for a snack or a quick lunch before the flight.
