Pizza made with good quality ingredients, but the dough turned out to be slightly rubbery. Usually, I eat the whole pizza easily; this one I had a bit of difficulty finishing.

Very nice place with attentive, prepared, and courteous staff. My wife, who is celiac, really appreciated the delicacies and the pizza: in her opinion, they were truly delicious. Delicious gluten-free pizza, with a tall and soft crust and above all high-quality ingredients. 🫶🏻 They also have gluten-free appetizers, which for us celiac or intolerant individuals is paradise, such as supplì, potato croquettes, and bombette with pistachio and mortadella if I remember correctly, similar to some desserts like caprese cake, Pavlova, and three chocolate cake. 🫶🏻 Very kind and welcoming staff.

I tried it once but it’s already on my list of favorite restaurants in Pavia. They have gluten-free pizza and fried foods, prepared and cooked separately. The pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had and the fried foods too, especially since they are very difficult to find without contamination! They also have gluten-free beer and a couple of desserts (panna cotta and caprese). On the menu, you can find a wide selection of classic and gourmet pizzas with a seasonal menu. I always recommend making a reservation.
