Old Wild West offers a wide selection of dishes, excellent sandwiches, and quality meat, with gluten-free options available. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommended for a different evening out.

Today I was there and I liked it very much. The staff was very attentive and kind. Contamination was almost nonexistent. I will return.

We have been frequenting this place for years and we find it excellent. This restaurant offers certified gluten-free menus. The staff is extremely courteous and professional (the company has certainly trained them excellently). Ideal for families with children. The place is clean. The bathrooms are impeccable.

Fabulous.. great sandwiches and excellent meat.. a bit more expensive than average but worth it every now and then. Very friendly staff and a very wide choice of dishes. Also gluten-free. Highly recommended.

I have visited this OWW several times with my girlfriend, and often we have noticed the slowness of the service, which we never placed too much importance on, prioritizing the fact that a gluten-free menu is available. However, on the last occasion, it worsened further. We entered, and from a distance, we were pointed to a table. From that moment on, nothing happened. We waited almost half an hour without anyone deciding to take our order. The place was half-empty, with two waitresses clearing tables, two behind the bar chatting, and a young man who, between courses, was busy picking up and petting a little dog. There was a lack of professionalism, hygiene, and organization. Never again.

My boyfriend and I went to this Old Wild West around 10:10 PM on Saturday evening. The place was half-empty, there were still some tables with people eating, and we were seated at one of the many available tables. We immediately chose what to eat and closed the menus, waiting for someone to come take our order. Despite the venue being half-empty and the waiters being numerous, no one bothered to take our order for more than twenty minutes. They passed by us several times, making rounds for no reason or clearing off already empty tables without even looking at us or giving us a chance to be approached to order. We tried to look around for what we assumed to be the manager or the head waiter and found him first chatting with a group of customers who had already paid (which was fine), and then fussing over a dog belonging to other customers, even picking it up during service (then he went to pick up some plates in the kitchen). After waiting all this time without being acknowledged, we got up and left, because really, there are gluten-free menus at McDonald's as well, and they might actually want to work! PS: I have also been a waitress in the past, and if I had behaved like that, I would have been fired immediately! Congratulations!!!
