A different venue than usual: go to Al Vita because you already know it, otherwise you should know it. The selection of gluten-free products is not huge, but quality dishes with refined combinations are offered that surprise and satisfy. The place is nice and intimate, and the owner Paolo really cares about his customers. I found the prices perfectly aligned with all aspects of the experience enjoyed at Al Vita. It is a restaurant that also has valid gluten-free options, so many dishes, stunning to look at, unfortunately do not have a gluten-free counterpart: this is the only reason, given the specificity and aim of Gluto, why I feel that the most appropriate rating on this platform should be 4 stars. I'm eager to return.

Lunch with a group of friends, all very satisfied with the service, attention to food intolerances, especially NO GLUTEN AND NO LACTOSE. The cod with polenta and caramelized onions and the spring focaccia are a must-try! Prices are reasonable for the quality of their menu and wine list. Recommended!!
