A different venue than usual: go to Al Vita because you already know it, otherwise you should know it. The selection of gluten-free products is not huge, but quality dishes with refined combinations are offered that surprise and satisfy. The place is nice and intimate, and the owner Paolo really cares about his customers. I found the prices perfectly aligned with all aspects of the experience enjoyed at Al Vita. It is a restaurant that also has valid gluten-free options, so many dishes, stunning to look at, unfortunately do not have a gluten-free counterpart: this is the only reason, given the specificity and aim of Gluto, why I feel that the most appropriate rating on this platform should be 4 stars. I'm eager to return.

Pranzo con gruppo di amici, tutti molto soddisfatti per servizio, attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari in particolare NO GLUTINE E NO LATTOSIO. MERITA il baccalà con polenta e cipolla caramellata e la focaccia primavera! Prezzi adeguati alla qualità del loro menù e carta dei vini. Consigliato!!
