We booked dinner during a stay at Gardaland, I expected a tasty meal instead as a celiac I was served everything pre-packaged, so much so that I sent back the first course because it was inedible; they didn't even bother to take it out of the box and at least put it on a plate. Otherwise, the service was good and the location was beautiful.

The restaurant is very large and decorated in ancient Egyptian style...really nice. The staff was kind and professional. The service was fast. They are attentive to allergies; in fact, the first thing they ask you at the entrance is if anyone has allergies. They have a sealed Gluten Free menu. The temperature inside is perfect. The restrooms are clean. The prices of the dishes are medium/high, but I believe they are justified by a combination of factors that make me give this restaurant 5 stars without any doubt. We had a really good time. There is a large free parking lot outside. The restaurant is about 2 km from the park, but there is a free shuttle to and from the park that runs very frequently (about every 15 minutes).

Beautiful environment in Egyptian style, clean and well-maintained, with very kind and helpful staff. They were also very attentive to this matter; as soon as we entered, they asked if anyone had any intolerances or allergies. During dinner, there is also a small entertainment show. We had booked along with the hotel, and I must say the dinner was really excellent. We had three courses per person: an appetizer, a first or second course, or pizza, dessert, and one drink per person. The service was truly efficient; they were very quick to bring everything. The Neapolitan pizza was excellent, as were the appetizers and the rest of the food. If I return to Gardaland, I will definitely go back.
