Very poor quality gluten-free food and inedible "roast" meat. When I reported it to the staff, the response, which speaks for itself, was "Gardaland management doesn’t allow us to do better than this." I’d also like to add that the place is very cold. If you are celiac, bring your own food from home; you’ll eat better.
