A friend of mine will celebrate her birthday there, they have guaranteed gluten-free food, I still haven't tried it! But it is the only gluten-free pizzeria around.

A young place with always excellent and interesting pizza flavors. There is the possibility of a gluten-free base, but I recommend communicating this when making a reservation so that attention is given.

The staff is kind and polite, available and ready to answer any doubts or requests with extreme professionalism. The pizza is really excellent and the waiting times are more than reasonable (even during a busy Saturday night). I have been to this restaurant several times and have also had the opportunity to try their fried foods and desserts, which have never disappointed me. A friend of mine who is celiac also tried their gluten-free pizza, which he greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the staff proved to be extremely knowledgeable and kind during the reservation for that dinner, when we asked if it was indeed possible to have gluten-free food. In the review, I will attach photos of various pizzas eaten on different occasions. I also take this opportunity to mention that they have recently introduced a "loyalty card" which assigns 10 points for every euro spent, which can be redeemed starting from 1000 points (i.e., 100 € spent) for various prizes including free pizzas and supplì, or even a discount of 50 € (3000 points). These rewards can be redeemed from Monday to Thursday, and I find them to be a great incentive to enjoy an excellent pizza even during the week and not just on the weekend!

I had dinner last night with a group of people. For appetizer, I had a platter of cold cuts while my wife had french fries, stuffed olives, and potato croquettes. The platter was excellent, unfortunately the fried items were not as good. In particular, the croquette didn't have a good taste and the coating was very dark. The pizzas, however, were very good and easy to digest; having a yeast intolerance, I had no issues. The draft beer was excellent.
