paella in total safety and then breaded baby squid in chickpea flour, totally safe... everything was delicious... I had a salad with grilled cheese, seeds, honey... what a spectacle

Rice "young gentleman" of deboned and shelled fish, choice between paella or broth. EXCELLENT!!! Also tried Mr. Parellada's Paella, similar but with added monkfish. The cellar also offers organic wines and local products. Discreet and thorough staff.

I ate shrimp with garlic and chili sauce as an appetizer and paella mar y montaña, with meat (chicken, rabbit) and fish (mussels, prawns, shrimp, octopus) for two people. I am celiac and rather delicate in the stomach; I must say that everything tasted delicious, balanced, even the garlic sauce (which had actual pieces of garlic that I ate) and still digestible. Excellent experience, great customer service, welcoming location even for kids.
