AIC Circuit only for ice cream and cones, they do not have availability for brioche, crepes, and similar items, really a shame for a certified establishment. However, the ice cream is really good.

We bought flavors caffe, mango, strawberry and vanillia. The ice cream tastes great and the gluten free cones tastes exactly the same if not better than original. The staff is very friendly

I visited this ice cream shop, which is part of the AIC circuit, but unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I asked for information about a 'home-made' pistachio popsicle present in a fridge where both gluten-containing and gluten-free ice creams were stored. When I asked if it was gluten-free, the clerk thought for a moment and replied that it was, while the one above with Oreo contained cookies and thus gluten. After consuming the ice cream, I experienced dermatitis, which for me is a clear sign of gluten contamination. It is very risky for those who are celiac or gluten intolerant for products with and without gluten to be stored in the same fridge, without clear distinctions or safe procedures. An ice cream shop that presents itself as AIC should ensure greater attention and safety; otherwise, the labeling can be misleading and dangerous.
