Every taste reveals the care and passion behind it, with intense and authentic flavors that do not make you miss traditional ice cream. It was, without a doubt, the best ice cream I have ever eaten. The staff is also knowledgeable and willing to explain in detail the composition of each flavor, providing extra assurance for those, like me, who need to pay attention to allergens.
